Martin B. Shirley

President, Diagnostic Services

Mr. Shirley became President of Diagnostic Services in January of 2016. Prior to that role, he was Senior Vice President of Digirad Imaging Solutions Sales and Marketing since January of 2012. In June of 2010, he was appointed Vice President of Sales & Operations for Digirad Imaging Solutions. From January 2008 through June of 2010, Mr. Shirley served as Vice President of Sales for DIS. Prior to this, he served in a variety of roles during his tenure at Digirad including National, Regional and Territory Sales Management positions in both the Digirad Imaging Solutions Division and the Product Division. Mr. Shirley’s responsibilities include imaging services operations as well as oversight of sales and marketing for Digirad Health’s Diagnostic Services and Diagnostic Imaging divisions.

He has been in Medical Imaging for over 30 years with both clinical and industrial experience. His other professional experience includes regional and territory sales positions at SMV America, a manufacturer of nuclear medicine equipment that was purchased by General Electric, and with Sopha Medical Systems. He was also a Territory Manager for DuPont Radiopharmaceuticals. His clinical experience includes Multi Modality Department Management, Nuclear Medicine Department Management and Staff Nuclear Medicine Technologist positions. Mr. Shirley holds degrees in both Nuclear Medicine Technology and Liberal Arts.

Thatcher Butcher

President, KBS Builders, Inc.

Mr. Butcher has over 20 years of experience with building and construction where he has focused on building strong teams that drive successful organizations. Prior to joining KBS Builders, Inc., Mr. Butcher served as a General Manager for Anthony Sylvan Pools where he oversaw the development and implementation of their overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans. He previously led TW Perry’s structural building components business and has held various other positions with Rocky Top Building Products in Rocky Mount Virginia and Best Building Components in Hagerstown Maryland. Mr. Butcher studied Architectural Design & Building Technology at the State University of New York and completed coursework in Architecture at Clemson University. He has also completed General Management and Leadership Development training at George Mason University.

Matt Mosher - KBS Builders

Matt Mosher

General Manager, KBS Builders, Inc.

Mr. Mosher is General Manager of KBS Builders, Inc. and has held this role since November of 2015. Prior to joining KBS Builders as Engineering Manager in August of 2014, Mr. Mosher was Operations Manager for Oldcastle Precast’s New England division where he oversaw the manufacturing of precast concrete products at three of the company’s New England factories. Mr. Mosher has an Associate’s Degree from Northern Maine Community College.

Matt Sullivan

Vice President of Business Development, KBS Builders, Inc.

Mr. Sullivan has over 25 years of sales, real estate, and construction experience and is known for leadership, driving growth, and delivering financial performance. As Vice President of Business Development at KBS Builders, Inc., Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the strategic planning, business growth and sales performance of the company's modular manufacturing services. Mr. Sullivan most recently served as Vice President of Project and Business Development at Bowline Built where he led sales, marketing, branding, and was responsible for the construction of over 1.0M square feet of residential and commercial property. Mr. Sullivan previously Co-Founded Manville Partners, a property management and real estate development firm. Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University.

Ron Schumacher

Executive Chairman, EdgeBuilder, Inc.

Prior to becoming Executive Chairman of EdgeBuilder, Inc. in June 2021, Mr. Schumacher served as President & CEO of Consolidated Lumber Company and held other various positions over 23 years. At Consolidated Lumber Company, Mr. Schumacher was also involved in multiple acquisitions to complement the company’s existing business, as well as grow its value. Mr. Schumacher has worked in the lumber business since graduating from the Building Material Marketing and Management program at Minnesota West Community & Technical College in 1979.

Scott Jarchow

General Manager, EdgeBuilder, Inc.

Mr. Jarchow has over 26 years of Building and Construction experience with positions in independent sales, sales management, business development, and general management. He is currently the General Manager at EdgeBuilder, Inc. and Glenbrook Building Supply, Inc. (EGBL). Prior to returning to EBGL in 2010, Mr. Jarchow was the Sales Manager of the Contractor division at Versa-Lok Retaining Wall Systems overseeing the sales of modular retaining wall blocks and concrete paving stones. Mr. Jarchow was originally hired as a yard laborer and driver for Glenbrook Building Supply in 1991 prior to his experience at Versa-Lok in 1995. Mr. Jarchow has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Bethel University and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement from Lakewood Community College.
