Jeff Eberwein - Star Equity Holdings

Jeffrey Eberwein

Executive Chairman

Mr. Eberwein became Executive Chairman in January 2021 and has served on our Board for almost 9 years. He has over 25 years of Wall Street experience and was the Founder and CEO of Lone Star Value Management, an investment firm. Prior to founding LSVM in 2013, Mr. Eberwein was a Portfolio Manager at Soros Fund Management and Viking Global Investors. In April 2018, Mr. Eberwein became CEO of Hudson Global, Inc., a global recruitment company, and has been on that board since 2014. Previously, Mr. Eberwein served as Chairman of the Board for AMERI Holdings, Inc., an IT services company, ATRM Holdings, Inc., a modular building company, and Crossroads Systems, Inc., a technology company. Mr. Eberwein also served as a director of The Goldfield Corporation, On Track Innovations Ltd., and NTS, Inc. Mr. Eberwein served on the Board of Hope for New York, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to serving the poor and marginalized in New York City where he was Treasurer and on the Executive Committee. Mr. Eberwein earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BBA with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.

Richard Coleman - Star Equity Holdings

Richard Coleman

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Coleman has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience with extensive expertise in business development, operational excellence, and acquisitions. He joined Star Equity Holdings, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in January 2022, became Chief Executive Officer in April 2022, and was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2022. As CEO, he is responsible for leading the Company’s business growth and overseeing its overall operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Coleman served in a variety of senior executive roles, including President, CEO, and director of Command Center Inc., a provider of flexible on-demand employment solutions; President, CEO, and director of Crossroads Systems, Inc., a global provider of data archive solutions; CEO of Vroom Technologies Inc.; Chief Operating Officer of MetroNet Communications; and President of US West Long Distance. He also has held significant officer-level positions with Frontier Communications, Centex Telemanagement, and Sprint Communications. Mr. Coleman began his career as an Air Force Telecommunications Officer managing Department of Defense R&D projects. Mr. Coleman holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Communications System Officer School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

David Noble - Star Equity Holdings

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Noble joined the Company as COO on September 1, 2018. He was initially hired to assist with the transformation of Digirad Corporation, now Star Equity Holdings, Inc., from a pure-play healthcare company into a diversified, multi-industry holding company. The CFO role was added to his responsibilities in 2019. As of January 1, 2022, his sole role and title is CFO of Star Equity Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Noble served briefly as Managing Member of Noble Point LLC, a business and financial advisory firm. From July 2005 to September 2017, Mr. Noble was employed as a senior investment banker at HSBC, serving as Managing Director & Head of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas for over a decade. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Noble held various senior roles within Equity Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers, both in the U.S. and overseas, from August 1997 to July 2005. In his 20-year career as an investment banker, Mr. Noble was involved in hundreds of equity transactions in numerous countries around the world and across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, industrials, financial services, media, technology, and energy, among others. Mr. Noble earned a B.A. degree from Yale University in 1992 and an M.B.A. in Finance from MIT’s Sloan School of Management in 1997.

Hannah Bible

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Bible has over 15 years of combined legal and accounting experience across a variety of industries. Prior to becoming Vice President, Legal in 2019, Ms. Bible served the subsidiaries of Star Equity Holdings, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and in-house counsel to Lone Star Value Management, LLC and Vice President, Finance and Corporate Secretary to ATRM Holdings, Inc. Ms. Bible previously served as Director of Finance/CFO at Trinity Church in Greenwich, CT, legal advisor to RRMS Advisors, a mortgage finance and servicing expert, a diplomatic advisor within the U.N. General Assembly to the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization, and a risk, corporate governance and security advisor in the Middle East to family fund and institutional clients at International Consulting Group, Inc., a boutique strategy consulting firm. Ms. Bible was an Adjunct Professor within the International Tax and Financial Services program at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and has served on the board of several public companies. Ms. Bible earned an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law, and a BBA in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.

Shawn Miles

Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy

Mr. Miles became Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy of Star Equity Holdings, Inc. in March 2023 and has been with the Company, or one of its predecessors, since August 2016. Mr. Miles previously served as Star Equity’s Vice President, Finance and Strategy and prior to that worked as a research analyst at Lone Star Value Management, a hedge fund based in Old Greenwich, CT, where he was responsible for securities analysis spanning a variety of investment sectors and strategies. Mr. Miles holds a master’s degree in Behavioral Economics and a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
