As required by IRS regulations, the Company’s preliminary assessment of the taxability of dividends can be found here. All shareholders that received dividends will be mailed a Form 1099 each year by the January 31 deadline by either their Broker or American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, Digirad’s stock transfer agent.
